So I tried putting a G-Sport Gland hub guard on my front wheel with a shoelace. I got it on and I spun my wheel and the guard rubbed up against my forks (S&M XLT's). How do I stop this? Did I put the guard on wrong? Does anyone have a tutorial for putting one on?

It's a Vandero 2. The hole fits the cone easily with room to spare.

you have to tighten it... you put it on too loosely...

as long as the hole goes completely over the hub harware, and the guard is on tight, it shouldn't rub

and yeah zipties work the best
