I am looking for a new fork with a short offset for street riding, I'm very interested in the Fiend process IC 20mm offset fork, and the Animal street fork 15mm offset. Does anyone have any recommendations? Odyssey R25 also seems like a great choice but I am looking for a shorter offset if I'm going to commit to buying a new fork.

Wethepeople Switch , had it for 3 years now ? The best fork I’ve ridden and it’s at 22 or 23mm I believe , fairly short without being crazy . Plus the bottom race where the fork legs meet is capped , so less water and shit get in your steerer tube and it looks clean as fuck too .

I got an Odyssey r25 that I've had for 3 years now and it's been working pretty well for me I love it. I had an animal street fork for a couple of weeks and it was too short for me. My front end would spin way too fast for me. I have a pretty heavy bike for today's standards (28.5lbs I weighed it today) so I'm used to muscling my bike around. The shorter fork made my front end feel way more twitchy. So much so it made me scared to even attempt 360s. So anything below 25mm offset is a no for me lol

I used to ride a 28, now I ride a federal 22 since a few month, holding up fine and the dropouts are beefy.

It felt weird at first even for nose tricks that are supposed to be easier with it like hang 5's and toothpick overs I had to adjust the way of doing them.
The handling is more sensitive without being crazy (I wouldn't trust it to go big in a bowl or trail tho).
Spins feels quicker too, I nosedived the first hop 3's I did with it but we adjust fast.
And for real noses, the locking point is perfect.

For you I think you'll be fine with anything between 20 and 25 mm. Here's a list of what's avaiable.
- Federal 22
- Wethepeople switch 23
- BSD jones'in 22
- Fiend 20
- Wethepeople battleship 24 (new or coming soon)

Ahh, those new Bowlevard forks from Haro.

On a serious note, get some F25's and get your Nyquist on.

I'd look into the bsd jones forks. I have the acid forks, and they feel so solid. The dropouts are beefy, They look nice, they have thicker tubing than any other forks I have had, and the investment cast dropouts look super clean. I prefer 28-30mm offset though. Feels more stable for everything. What are you riding now? Are you sure you really need to go less than 25? Because Odyssey is your best bet, but any heat treated aftermarket forks will hold up fine.
