The Seeley would be the obvious choice here but it's also like $150 more, at the lower price the Control is what I would go with

I guess I'll go with the seeley but should I get it with a cassette instead since I've heard that freecoasters break a lot

Get a street bike because any street bike will do fine in the park but park bikes will get fucked up in the streets

NO.
Street-Park-Flatland-Race-Dirt all have different geos for a reason. Within reason every complete that says "Park" or "Street" is going to be the same strength and they all do have a similar all around geo with some exceptions.

If you're actually BUILDING a park bike (Titanium shit, all light weight and a light park frame) Then its different. Completes aren't made to last forever, the broadcaster is extremely nice though.

Yes, the sunday would work and so would all the others. The best of them is the Broadcaster.

Which would you recommend a cassette or a freecoaster? I'm kind of a beginner.

Cassette is what almost everyone learns on. Against popular belief its actually easier/just as easy to learn the hardest part that is getting out of the fakie or turning out of it on a cassette since a freecoaster has more slack.
I learned fakies on a cassette and can go just as far as some people with freecoasters, its all practice.
