Are you talking about the holmes? Idk ive never rode a 22' but seem's cool seem's like a sick bike and s&m makes legit stuff. I'm not 100% sure but i think there may be some reviews on http://bmxmuseum.com/

I'm 5'10" on a 21.5" TT Holmes 22 and diggin' it. It just feels like a really fast 20.

So no, I don't think they are just for big dudes.

tire size doesn't have anything to do with rider height.

I ride a 22 wheeled bike as does my friend. we are both 5'7".

I have ridden/owed an InDust, S&M Holmes and Faction. S&M is putting out a new ATF that is built around 22 inch wheels.

They all ride great. I think you'd have a blast on one.

I know I do.

If dudes shorter than you ride 26" DJMTB's, I think you'll be fine running a 22"
