Hey Eric - Last time I checked it was about $429 USD shipped to send a Bonesaw to Cali! The frame is only available in Canada so you'd be the only guy in Cali with one I bet. Let me know what size you are interested. 20.5" has sold out, so has 21.25" ... more »

Looks like a Mothership to me. The Rigal frame is a much lighter gold and doesn't have that ovalized downtube.

We have last year's Fit Mac 1 on sale right now for $499 CAD if you can stretch your budget a bit. Pretty good as these retailed for $679 when they were current models! Shipping to you would be $38. Just a thought

Don't get that bike, it's too small. You need a 21" frame or bigger.

Can't move your thread unfortunately but you could make a new one. All the brands you listed are quite good. You really can't go wrong when picking a bike at the higher end of things. All I can recommend is that you get a bike with a cassette hub on ... more »

If you're tall enough for a 21" TT (I'd say 5'8" or taller), then it's definitely going to be a nice bike! It will just be a stronger, lighter bike that will last you a long time, compared to a less expensive entry level bike. Broc is one of the top ... more »

Added reply in a thread Cranks fit vs odyssey
That's not true, I've weighed them. Maybe you're looking at specs of the older cranks?
Added reply in a thread Cranks fit vs odyssey
The Fit cranks (2-PC version) are actually lighter. It's surprising because they definitely don't look lighter. I've never seen either crank break. Get which ever one you think is cooler!

We don't do free shipping on bikes, as they are really expensive for us to ship. We only charge $38 though so it's really not bad, especially with 30% off that bike. Fit Bikes come with a lifetime warranty and they stand behind their stuff! Remember

Here's a link to a pretty crazy deal we have right now: http://www.bmxtransition.com/Fit-Dugan-1-Gloss-Red 20.5" would be good for your height too.

They only sell them direct on their website. Just hit the store tab. They are expensive, but very strong, it's all chromoly construction. I've messed around with one and it was a ton of fun. The drifter team can do some pretty cool stuff with them too. ... more »
Added reply in a thread Axle not long enough for pegs???
If you have a short front axle, I'm guessing it came off a lower priced complete bike front wheel, so I'm also guessing that it is a loose ball bearing hub. If that is the case you could replace it with the La Casa Axle #10, which may help. It is 145mm ... more »

Added reply in a thread Anyone try the plastic Mac pedals ?
Cool man! It will be sweet to get you on a Bonesaw, and yes we can take a deposit over the phone. I was just at the park earlier, and yes any kind of slick tires are a little sketchy on the floor there. I find something with more tread to make a big ... more »
