Does every headset fit every bike?Or is there different sizes and stuff. I know theres integrated which is what i have and i need a new one. Which headsets are the best?

It looks exactly like the one with the red liner thing. Theres one on the top and bottom of the headtube. So if you buy a new headset it comes with bearings for the top and bottom of the head tube?

Is the headset on the top of the headtube and the bottom of the head tube? like theres 2 sets of bearings on on the top and one on the bottom and the forks slide into the headtube

that was the part inside of the "race" i think its called? but that part goes into a bigger metal and plastic thing. that goes onto the bottom part off head tube
