I'm 6'3 so I need a 21 or longer top tube bike. I ride dirt AND park and street so I need a bike with a decent chainstay length, and tall bars. What is the best choice for me?

I'm planning on getting a complete but customizing it as i go.. maybe. Depending on how i like it stock. I really can't afford to go fully custom. Haha.
