I feel you man, i don't have much experience with big bars and front-loads. I should have mentioned that all my friends run top-loads and a shit ton of spacers. lol

I cant stand riding a bike with bars over 8.5.. Whenever i go to spin i nosedive like a mofo and eat shit, even at low speeds. Tbh at this point i cant really ride bikes with cassettes any more either.

Idk if i would call most of todays frames complete shit (granted there are a few brands putting out terrible products).. But i do gotta say that modern frame design makes for some really boring looking frames.

28/9 for life! I've never even run a 25/9.. i started with a 28/10 blew out the 10t hub so i got a 9t hub and never looked back.

i do rotate them a lot, but i havent grinded any holes through any of my pleg 2s yet. ive been on 2 of my 3 pleg 2s sence last october and i grind quite a bit. On the other hand i managed to shatter a brand new cult butter sleeve in roughly 45 mins.

Wrap them in duct tape, it greatly increases the pvc's life.
